COOK WITH LOVE Ingredients: Dried chickpeas: 2cups Finely chopped fresh parsley: 3cups Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves: 1cup Cummin powder: 1tsp Garlic: 10cloves Finely chopped onion: 1 Pepper powder: 1tsp Lemon juice: 1tsp Baking powder: 3/4 tsp Olive oil or vegetable oil Salt to taste Preparation: Soak chickpeas in freshwater for overnight.  Direction: Time: 25 Minutes Drain the water completely and transfer it to a grinder or food processor. BLEND WITH LOVE Ingredients: Aval(Rice Flakes): 100gm Chopped Small Banana (Njali Poovan): 2nos Horlicks: 2tsp Cold Milk: 300ml Sugar: 3tsp Peanuts: 3-5tsp Preparation: Time: 10minutes In a pan on low flame roast the rice flakes for few minutes until it is crispy. In a medium bowl add cold milk, Horlicks, and sugar and stir it well until it is completely dissolved. Direction: Time: 10 Minutes In a milkshake glass add chopped banana then mash it. Then add peanuts as toppings for the banana. Then add rice flakes and pour cold milk cream. Add leftover peanuts on the top. Your Aval Milkshake is ready now! Serve it cold. COOK WITH LOVE  Ingredients: Broken Wheat: 250gm Brown Jaggery: 600gm Grated coconut: 3nos Dry coconut piece:  2inch Ghee: 9tsp Sugar:2tsp Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp Cashew nuts: 7pieces Raisins: 2tsp Preparations: Time: 15 Minutes Wash broken wheat rice twice or thrice, drain the water completely and keep this aside. Jaggery Syrup: Heat 1cup of water in a pan. Once boiled add the brown jaggery cubes and heat in high flame. Occasionally stir until it dissolves completely.  Once the jaggery is melted strain it and keep aside. Fresh coconut milk: Stage 1: Grind the coconut mildly and transfer it to a big bowl. Pazham Unniyappam (Banana Dumplings)

COOK WITH LOVE Ingredients: Wheat powder: 1cup Njalipoovan Pazham:2nos Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp Crushed jaggery: ¼ - ½ cup Salt: 1pinch Baking soda: ¼ tsp Water: ½ cup Coconut oil: 250ml Preparation: Time: 10minutes Remove the banana skin and smash it in a medium bowl. Add wheat powder and cardamom powder and stir it. Then add crushed jaggery, a pinch of salt and baking soda powder. Stir the contents continuously and add water at intervals to get a medium thick batter. Direction: Time: 10minutes In a deep fry pan (thick bottom) add 250ml of coconut oil. Once it is medium hot, take 1 tablespoon batter and gently transfer it into the oil. After few minutes batter will turn into a dumpling. Healthy Vegetable Salad

It is an easy to cook vegetable salad to serve along with starters or main course. Ingredients: Fresh corn: 1cup Overnight Soaked Chickpeas: 1cup Chopped (medium size) carrot: ½ cup Chopped (medium size) cucumber: 1 Chopped lettuce leaves: ½ cup Chopped Tomato without pulp: 1 Pepper powder: ½ tsp Juice of 1 lemon Salt to taste Preparation: In freshwater rinse the soaked chickpeas twice or more. Cook it in a pressure cooker in 1cup water until you get two whistles. Sprinkle required salt before cooking. Once cooked drain the water completely and transfer chickpeas to a bowl. Rinse the corn in fresh water. Add ¼ cup water & corm in a pan and cook it for 5 minutes in medium flame. Once cooked drain the water completely and transfer corn into the bowl. COOK WITH LOVE Ingredients: Chocolate biscuits (Prefer Oreo biscuits): 350gm Whipping cream:   350ml Condensed milk: 250gm Gelatin: 1tsp Full Fat Milk: ¾ cup Water as required Preparation: Time: 30 Minutes Add 1tsp gelatin in 3tsp water and double boil gently to melt it. Remove the cream from biscuits and make it plain. Crush 75gms of biscuits and keep this aside. Pudding Cream: In a medium bowl add whipping cream and beat until it gets a thick texture. Add condensed milk and again beat it for 5 minutes. Then add double boiled gelatin and beat for few seconds until it is completely mixed.
