Chicken curry is one of the most famous dishes of South India and is known for its flavorful taste. The use of a wide variety of spices in this curry is sure to leave your tastebuds feeling more than satisfied and, its key ingredient- coconut milk is what makes its texture velvety. I hope you'll try this moreish recipe created by my grandmother, with a few finishing touches of my own. The recipe for this Oreo cake is so easy; I  can't still believe how it worked out! With just THREE ingredients, this cake has turned out to be a tender and moist beauty. Its irresistible Oreo flavor gives it a powerful kick, making this one of my favorites. Moreover, the recipe doesn't need flour, eggs, sugar, or butter, which are the most common ingredients in a cake. When you feel like having a midnight treat or a snack when you're weary, I'm sure this recipe will come in handy. INGREDIENTS One packet of Oreo cookies (16 pieces) 3/4 cup of milk 3/4 teaspoon baking powder INSTRUCTIONS Crush the Oreo cookies into a powder with its filling. Put this mix into a bowl and add baking powder and mix well. Pour in the milk and mix again very well. Pour in this mixture into a greased 6-inch pan and keep it in a vessel or saucepan placed on a stove-top. Let the cake cook on a low to medium flame for 40-45 minutes. Steamed chocolate cake This unbelievably easy recipe of a chocolate cake is so delicious that I bake this quite commonly nowadays. The cake's texture is super moist and so soft that the first time I made it, it almost crumbled. It's loaded and luscious kick will make you ask for some more! INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup oil 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda One egg 1/2 cup sugar One teaspoon instant coffee powder A pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/2 cup warm water INSTRUCTIONS In a clean bowl, beat the egg and sugar using a hand whisk. After that, combine all the ingredients into the mixture one after the other. You get your cake mix all done! It's simple as that but, don't forget to sieve the dry ingredients.
